A bite of my life:
Since young the art of culinary science has always been an interest of mine. I picked up the fundamental skills of cooking from watching my aunt who would prepare hearty meals every time I returned home from school.
Back then however, I neither had the opportunity to receive formal training in culinary science nor the luxury of sophisticated equipment. So I turned to watching countless YouTube videos and cooking shows in order to gain knowledge and continuously improve my skills.
I then started experimenting with different dishes and decided to start a blog in 2014 with the intention to not only document my journey and adventures with food but also share my recipes and inspire people to cook more at home.
Photography & Styling:
Not long after I started my blog, I began venturing into the art of food photography & styling. The flexibility to deliver different kind of photography style are important as a photographer as shown in my work. My service include – photography, food styling, prop styling, editorial, cookbooks, recipes drafting, private dining, table settings.
